Film commentary: Seen
This beautiful black and white animated short film introduces us to the meeting of two very special lovers.Indeed, our two lovebirds each have a camera grafted on their face.
Through this meeting, you can approach the theme of memory; "To live is to remember, and to remember is to live. To die is to forget; and to forget is to die. (Samuel Butler). Indeed, our two protagonists start to photograph their first meeting and we have the impression that, just as this meeting will be the basis of their relationship, these photos will allow them to remember it forever.
You could also tackle a lighter subject, that of the characters of Greek mythology, the famous Cyclops and in particular the most famous of them, due to his meeting with Ulysses, Polyphemus.
Of course, it will also be interesting to tackle the theme of the meeting, which is the main subject of the film.
