Understand the story, the theme, express your sensibility and exercise your critical thinking.1 How would you describe the scene at the beginning?What do the different shapes represent?
We can recognise the sun, the sea, parasols and small triangles which symbolise human beings.
2 From second 30 onwards, we see the humans protesting against the big cloud. Why?
As the cloud has come between them and the sun, they can no longer enjoy their sunbath.
3 Then it starts to rain under the cloud.What is the reason for this?
The angry humans hurt the cloud and it starts to cry.
4 The cloud decides to go somewhere else; unfortunately, it is always bothered by a human.What happens at the end of the story?
The cloud, hit by the human, falls down, discharges all its water and creates a lake, or even a sea.
5 What do the two large orange shapes at the very end of the film represent?
They are Mr Cloud's boots in reverse.
